On August 25, 2023, Beijing Changier Education Foundation's Mental Health Training for Minors was held in Taizhou. The training was conducted via video.

Chen Xuan, Senior Teacher for Psychology of Middle Schoolers, Member of the APEPCY Academic Committee and National Second-Level Psychological Counselor, and Zhe Hong, National Second-Level Psychological Counselor, were invited to give a lecture on "Identification and Response to Common Psychological Issues in Primary and Middle Schoolers" and "Psychological Counseling Techniques Commonly Used in Schools and Practical Operations."

Chen Xuan explained to teachers how to identify typical psychological behavior problems of students and the strategies to handle them. If children and adolescents think that life is meaningless, Chen suggested that schools could organize a variety of class activities to guide students to develop a positive and optimistic attitude, strengthen their psychological resilience, and enhance their psychological capital to make them understand and appreciate the meaning and value of life.

Zhe Hong's lecture was tailored for primary and middle schools to implement mental health education. She exchanged views and shared ideas on topics such as understanding schools' psychological counseling work, general psychological counseling techniques, and the integrated use of psychological counseling techniques. She offered in-depth and specific suggestions on how to further develop and promote mental health education in schools.

Over 400 full-time and part-time psychological educators from Taizhou 's centers for minor development guidance, primary and middle schools, and "Love Cottage" participated in the training.
