On the afternoon of 27th April 2022, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, attended online the official launch of a series of thematic activities entitled "Look at China today and seek global development" and the inaugural meeting of the International Volunteer Service Committee. This event was jointly organized by the China Association for International Exchanges, the China Volunteer Service Federation and the China Association for the Promotion of International Exchanges of NGO, under the guidance of the Foreign Relations Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. More than 200 representatives from home and abroad attended the event.

The International Volunteer Service Committee, jointly initiated by China Volunteer Service Federation and China NGO Network for International Exchanges, will be dedicated to building a exchange and cooperation platform for international volunteer service and promoting China’s volunteer service to the world.
