On February 22, Chairman Zhang Yinjun of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation visited the APEPCY base in Taizhou. Liu Xia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Committee, Minister of the Publicity Department, and Vice Mayor of Taizhou, along with Gao Yutong, Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department and Director of the Civilization Office, accompanied this visit.

During her visit, Chairman Zhang successively visited the Taizhou Jinjiang Primary School, the New Era Civilization Practice Station at Runtai Community, Yanling Street, Taixing City, the Taixing City New Era Civilization Practice Center, the New Era Civilization Practice Center in Taizhou Medical High tech Zone (Gaogang District), and the Xicang Community New Era Civilization Practice Station in Taizhou City. She had discussions with the principals, teachers, and the heads of the civilization practice centers and stations, gaining insights into the mental health education in schools, the setting up of the Changier Huts, and the development of various projects and activities in Taizhou City, as well as the construction and operation of the civilization practice centers and stations.
