On August 31, 2023, Mendo'o, PhD at Peking University School of International Studies, Head of the African Youth Delegation in China and Changier's International Chief Volunteer, and Tungamirai Eric Mupona, Founder of "Abroad Path Leaders" public social welfare service platform who is currently pursuing his doctoral degree at Zhejiang University, visited Beijing Changier Education Foundation and had in-depth discussions with Zhang Yinjun, Chairman, Lei Zhitian, Vice-Director of the Academic Committee, Wang Lingling, Director of the Project Department, and Zhang Na, Deputy Director of the International Department.

Mendo'o from Cameroon and Tungamirai Eric Mupona from Zimbabwe highly identify with China's social system and are deeply passionate about charity, contributing their insights to international exchanges and collaborations of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation over the years. Discussions centered around topics such as training programs for foreign students in China, preparations for online meetings of international organizations, the localization of Changier courses in Africa, planning for World AIDS Day public welfare activities, and the establishment of the first Changier Hut in Cameroon. Chairman Zhang Yinjun  granted Tu ngamirai Eric Mupona a certificate for becoming an international volunteer for the Beijing Changier Education Foundation.
