On the afternoon of August 3, 2023, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held a material donation ceremony in partnership with Beijing Urban Construction Intelligent Control Co. Ltd. (BJUCI). Lei Zhitian, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and Senior Researcher of Taihe Institute, and Wang Linghong, Deputy Secretary of the BJUCI and Deputy General Manager, attended the event. Meng Lingjie and Hou Jianying from the Public Relations Department of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, Wang Zhonghua, Operations Director of BJUCI, and Zeng Min, Deputy Director of the Party and Mass Work Department, participated in the donation ceremony.

Both sides had in-depth discussions on how to promote state-owned enterprises to participate in social public welfare undertakings and how social charity undertakings can empower the development of enterprises. On behalf of Zhang Yinjun, a member of the China Economic and Social Council, Deputy Director of the Women and Children Committee of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, and Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and staff of Changier all over China, Lei Zhitian expressed his gratitude to BJUCI for their strong support for public welfare undertakings and the development of Changier.
