Recently, under the auspices of the China NGO Network for International Exchanges (CNIE), the Beijing Changier Education Foundation was invited to participate in a series of significant China-Africa cpeople-to-people exchange activities held in African countries such as Zambia, Kenya, and Madagascar. As a representative of Chinese public welfare organizations, Ms. Zhang Yinjun, President of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, led a delegation to attend the forum, visit grassroots schools, and coordinate development projects, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of Chinese social organizations in building a community with a shared future for mankind.
Zambia, the first stop : African Union dialogue platform: From China's experience to global collaboration

President of the CNIE, the Chinese Ambassador to Zambia, the Zimbabwean
Ambassador to Zambia, and the Chairperson of the African Union Economic Social
and Cultural Council attended the opening ceremony of the Africa-China
People-to-People Dialogue.
Over 150 representatives from various sectors
of African and Chinese societies took part in the Africa-China People-to-People
Dialogue.
The inaugural African Union ECOSOCC Africa-China People-to-People Dialogue was held in Lusaka, the capital of Zambia, from May 8 to 9. As the President representing Chinese non-governmental organizations, Zhang Yinjun shared in depth the achievements of Changier over the past twenty years in AIDS prevention, adolescent sex education, and mental health education during the keynote speech at the conference. She particularly highlighted the core role of the "Maternal Love Education" concept in shaping the value system of adolescents, which was highly praised by representatives from various countries attending the conference.

Zhang Yinjun stated that the Beijing Changier Education Foundation has expanded its cooperation platforms to countries such as Cambodia, New Zealand, and Indonesia. They are also willing to collaborate with social organizations, educational institutions, and government departments in African countries to jointly promote maternal love education, the establishment of "Maternal Love University" and AIDS education assistance projects in the future.

On May 10, a delegation from the Beijing Changier Education Foundation visited the Mathare community in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, to participate in the "Silk Road People-to-People Connectivity" China-Africa International Volunteer Service Special Event. In collaboration with the Dream Building Service Association, they provided material and emotional support to local schools and the community.
Ms. Zhang Yinjun not only personally distributed stationery and daily necessities to the students of Xiaoying DBSA Primary School, but also engaged in in-depth discussions with representatives from the Kenyan Women and Children Organization and officials from UN-Habitat on viable pathways for public welfare collaboration in Africa, focusing on areas such as AIDS education, women's empowerment, and child development. This effort aims to further advance China-Africa public welfare cooperation from "project sharing" to "concept co-creation".
Madagascar, the third stop: China-Madagascar high-level dialogue: From national strategy to grassroots implementation

On May 12, President Zhang Yinjun accompanied the CNIE to the National Assembly of Madagascar, where they held in-depth discussions with Speaker Tokely, Deputy Speaker Andriamananoro, and more than half of the regional assembly members on topics such as Chinese investment in Madagascar, education, and social development. In her speech, President Zhang Yinjun emphasized that the Beijing Changier Education Foundation will continue to promote multi-level cooperation in AIDS prevention education, youth education, mental health, and the culture of maternal love, aiming to establish the "Education of Love" across the African continent.

On that afternoon, the "Silk Road People-to-People Connectivity" China-Madagascar Civil Cooperation and Exchange Conference, co-hosted by the Chinese Embassy in Madagascar and the CNIE, took place in Antananarivo. The Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated a batch of family planning materials to the Public Health Committee of the Malagasy Parliament and signed a memorandum of understanding with the local NGO DEFI. They plan to collaborate on projects related to AIDS prevention, sex education, mental health education, and sustainable development education.

On May 13, President Yinjun Zhang led a delegation to visit the Economic Development Board of Madagascar, the Confucius Institute in Antananarivo, and the Axian Foundation, engaging in extensive discussions on the investment environment, educational cooperation, and social welfare.
During the discussion with the Director of the Economic Development Board , Zhang Yinjun provided a detailed introduction to the Beijing Changier Education Foundation's plan to establish a "Maternal Love University" in Africa, focusing on women's skills training and children's education. He also proposed setting up a dedicated fund for African aid in the future to support a long-term educational materials donation program. The Malagasy side highly values the foundation's public welfare model and professionalism and commits to providing support through policy and logistical channels.

On May 14, a delegation from the Beijing Changier Education Foundation visited the historic Little Nest School in the suburbs of Antananarivo and received a warm welcome from all the teachers and students. President Zhang Yinjun proposed on-site to donate Changier's self-compiled books on sexual health, mental health, and life-inspiring education, and personally delivered stationery and candy gift packs to the children.
Students from "Little Nest" showcased Chinese songs, Tai Chi sword routines, and dances, highlighting the strong foundation of cultural exchange between China and Madagascar. In his speech, Chinese Ambassador to Madagascar Ji Ping praised the school, saying that "a golden phoenix has flown out of the little nest," and affirmed that the Chinese Embassy will continue to support the development of the Little Nest Confucius Classroom. Li Jun, Vice President of the CNIE, addressed the students: "Perhaps in 20 years, some of you will become ambassadors to China."
