Recently, Lei Zhitian, Deputy Director of the China APEPCY Academic Committee, and Zhang Xiaoping, Vice Chairman of the Haidian District Disabled Persons' Federation in Beijing, visited the Changning City Education Bureau to present the former head of the physical education, health, and arts division, Mao Chunlei, with the "APEPCY Communication Ambassador" certificate.

Appointment ceremony venue

Mao Chunlei is the first national grassroots communication ambassador appointed by the China APEPCY. Since he started working, he has consistently used his modest salary to sponsor students from impoverished backgrounds for decades, enabling many such students to successfully complete their education. In September 2023, after being appointed as an ambassador for the APEPCY, he conducted 2 lectures and 3 promotional events in various schools in Changning City, extensively disseminating knowledge on AIDS prevention, mental health, and other related topics, thereby fostering the physical and mental health development of teenagers.
