On February 23, the Capital Spiritual Civilization Construction Work Conference was convened. At the conference, the honorary titles of Capital Civilization District, Civilized Villages and Towns, Civilized Units, Civilized Families, and Civilized Campuses, etc., were conferred for the period of 2021—2023. Recommended by Datun Sub-district, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and its "Love Education Charity Tour" project were honored as excellent models for the capital spiritual civilization construction.

The "Love Education Charity Tour" by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation was honored with the title of "Best Volunteer Service Project of Chaoyang District for the Year 2023 in Chaoyang District of the year 2023.

The "Love Education Charity Tour" project takes schools as the focal point and extends its reach to the surrounding communities (villages), promoting AIDS prevention, sexual health, mental health, traditional culture, and public charity education in schools and communities through various approaches including the construction of Changier Huts, teacher training, campus advocacy, expert lectures, book publication, teaching research and development, thematic activities, and support for students in need.

As the core project of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, the theory and practice results of the "Love Education Charity Tour" project have been highly appraised by national leaders and relevant departments. It has been acclaimed by Michel Sidibé, the Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations and Executive Director of UNAIDS, as "tightening the faucet of AIDS prevention upstream," and is considered worthy of global promotion.
