On November 3th, 2019, APEPCY & Asia Pacific Outstanding Women’s Federation Public Welfare Ceremony was held in the Grand Ballroom on the fifth floor of the Nyigloo Hotel in Changsha, Hunan Province. The event was supervised by Hunan Women’s Federation, Asia Pacific Outstanding Women’s Federation and hosted by Changsha Women’s Federation. APEPCY Office, Beijing Changier Education Foundation, Changier Hunan Base, and Hunan Changier Public Good Development Center were co-organizers.

APEPCY and the Asia Pacific Federation of Outstanding Women officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the scene. Director Zhang Yinjun issued Wang Manli, President of the Asia Pacific Federation of Distinguished Women, the letter of appointment of “International Love Ambassador of APEPCY”. Kang Hui, the presenter of CCTV and the image ambassador of APEPCY, sent a congratulation video to the conference.

At the meeting, Zhang Yinjun made a keynote speech on the exploration and practice of the “AIDS prevention model via sex education” for Chinese teenagers. Wang Manli expressed that she was very happy to join hands with APEPCY, and hope more international organizations and individuals will be gathered to support APEPCY in the future.
