On the afternoon of February 8th, 2015, the first forum on AIDS prevention and education among Chinese youth was held in the CPPCC auditorium. Over 160 representatives from NPC, CPPCC, China Association for Promoting Democracy, the National Center for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the provincial, municipal and county government departments in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Jiangsu, Henan, etc., the All-China Association of Journalists, the China Vocational Education Association, the Chinese Academy of Education Policy, the China Association for the Prevention and Control of STD AIDS, the China Charities AID Foundation for Children, the Chinese Society of Education, UN Association of China, Changier Huts and bases attended the forum.

The forum was jointly convened by the Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy, the APEPCY office, the APEPCY special fund of the China Charities AID Foundation for Children, Beijing Changier Education Foundation.
