On the morning of September 15th, 2020, APEPCY was launched in Chengguan District, Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region, and the plaque awarding ceremony of the first 23 Changier Huts in Haisa Primary School was held. This activity was supported by the Central Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy, and was co-hosted by the Special Fund for APEPCY of the Chinese Children’s Charity Society, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, and the Tibet Development Assistance Foundation, and was co-organized by the Chengguan District Health Commission, the District Education and Sports Bureau, and the District CDC in Lhasa.
