On April 25, Liu Runtang, Director of the New Social Stratum Division of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee, and his team visited the Beijing Changier Education Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Changier) and held a seminar. During the visit, they had in-depth discussions with Zhang Yinjun, the Chairman of the Changier and the Director of the Social Public Welfare Special Committee of the Beijing New Social Stratum Association, along with staff members of the foundation's secretariat. Bai Yaqin, Vice-Director of the Social Public Welfare Special Committee of the New Social Stratum Association, and President of the Beijing Women and Children's Social Services Development Promotion Association, Lou Kaizhao, member of the New Social Stratum Association and Chairman of the Zhang Boju & Pan Su Culture Development Foundation, Lei Zhitian and Du Mei, Vice-Directors of the Academic Committee of the Changier Foundation, and Xing Haiyan, Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of the Changier Foundation, attended the symposium.

On behalf of the New Social Stratum Division of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee, Liu Runtang expressed his gratitude to the Changier Foundation for its strong support for the work of the new social strata. He mentioned that the leadership at all levels of the Beijing Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government attach great importance on the mental health issues of young people and pay close attention to the progress of public welfare projects focused on the mental health of the youth. The United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee will coordinate with the united front system and other relevant units to actively mobilize resources from the New Social Stratum Association and support activities of public welfare projects on youth mental health.

Zhang Yinjun reviewed the development history of the Changier Foundation and provided a brief introduction on the foundation's charity projects in Fengtai District of Beijing and its role in major national emergencies. She indicated that the foundation will further strengthen its reporting and communication with the New Social Stratum Division of the United Front Work Department of the Beijing Municipal Committee, as well as collaboration with the New Social Stratum Association, actively seek entry points for cooperation on public welfare projects with the Social Public Welfare Special Committee of the New Social Stratum Association, and jointly contribute to supporting the New Social Stratum Association's social welfare services.
