The 15th Beijing Municipal Women's Congress opened on July 8. Yin Li, Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, and Huang Xiaowei, Secretary of the Leading Party Members' Group, Vice-President and First Member of the Secretariat of the All-China Women's Federation, delivered speeches. Yin Yong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Beijing; Li Xiuling, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Wei Xiaodong, Chairman of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, Liu Wei, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, attended the meeting. Zhang Yinjun, President of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, participated in the meeting.
