On May 24, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation initiated the "Youth Minor Mental Health Awareness Month" in Changsha, Hunan. A grand ceremony was held at Shanfeng Yigu Training School in Yuhua District to honor it as an "Love Education" model base under APEPCY. The event aims to bolster mental health education for minors and foster a society-wide engagement in protecting students' mental well-being. Liao Wenke, the Executive Deputy Director of the Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee and former Inspector of the Department of Physical, Health and Arts Education of the Ministry of Education, Zhang Yinjun, Vice Director of the Women and Children Committee of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, Zhong Dawei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee of the Department of Education of Hunan Province, and Wu Yuqiang, Deputy Director of the Academic Committee of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and founder of Shanfeng Yigu, attended the launch ceremony. The event was hosted by Jie Yu, a presenter from Hunan Educational TV Station.

Wu Yuqiang, as the primary advocate of the Changier Monthly Donator Program, initiated a campaign to promote monthly donations for enhancing students' mental health.

Chairman Zhang Yinjun presented the donation certificate to the Happiness 129 Caring Team, and the Beijing Changier Education Foundation signed letters of intent for donations with companies as Zhuzhou Yixi Empowerment Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Hunan Weiwei Culture Communication Co., Ltd..

"Guarding the Mental Health of Youth" Parent Seminar

At the event, Associate Professor of Applied Psychology Li Jia from Changsha Normal University led a seminar titled "Protecting Minors' Mental Health" for 200 parents. The topics of the seminar are: adolescent psychology, puberty development, and coached on fostering healthy growth from a familial perspective.

Unveiling ceremony of the Changier Hut at Shanfeng Yigu Training School

Zhang Yinjun unveiled the Changier Hut at Shanfeng Yigu Training School. The School will use the "Changier Hut" and "Maternal Love Academy" as carriers to promote the development of mental health education, family education, and maternal love education.

Signing Ceremony of Family Education Project

The Beijing Changier Education Foundation established the Family Education Fund cooperative project. Shenzhen Bumblebee Education Consulting Co., Ltd. donated RMB 2 million, specifically allocated for the construction of Changier Huts, Maternal Love Academy, and Community Family Tradition School.

Kicking off the nationwide “Minor Mental Health Awareness Month" series by APEPCY, this event set the stage for subsequent actions. Changier Huts schools and Maternal Love Academy communities nationwide will initiate diverse activities, rallying social focus on mental wellbeing and collectively driving advancements in mental health care.
