On the morning of July 4, 2023, Beijing Changier Education Foundation(Changier)signed astrategiccooperationframeworkagreement with Sinotech Foretell Technology Group (Foretell) for acomprehensive and deep cooperation on adolescent health education and to create a healthy growth environment foryouth. Foretelldonated RMB 200,000 toChangier tosupport love education of Chinese adolescents.

The signing and donation ceremony was attended by Zhang Yinjun, Vice Director of the Women and Children Committee of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and Chairman ofChangier, Yang Jiyuan, Chairman ofForetell, Xing Haiyan, Vice Chairman and Secretary General ofChangier, Li Xiaoguang, President of Foretell, Zhao Zhanfang, Senior Advisor toChangierand Advisor toForetell, Wei Huaizhong, Chairman ofForetell, and Yang Chunjing, General Manager of Sinotech Foretell Environmental Protection (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
