As the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office (SCAWCO) releases the notice for the 2025 World AIDS Day themed activities, the eponymous charity film "Changier", produced under the leadership of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, has begun nationwide preview screenings and will be released in theaters nationwide on November 28. This timely notice serves as an authoritative "stamp of approval" on our long-standing commitment to and innovation in AIDS prevention practices. We had already submitted our practical "answer sheet" before seeing the exam questions, only to discover with delighted surprise that every response was spot-on, every detail perfectly aligned.

On October 29, the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office issued the "Notice of the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office on Organizing the 2025 World AIDS Day Theme Activities" (GAB Letter [2025] No. 5). The document clearly states that the 2025 campaign theme is "Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response", emphasizing guidance from the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases" and "China's Plan for Curbing and Preventing AIDS (2024-2030)" to promote social co-governance, innovative measures, and high-quality development. We are genuinely delighted to see that the creative intention, dissemination approach, and educational objectives of the film "Changier" are highly aligned with the requirements outlined in the notice: "prevention-oriented, precise and targeted publicity, strengthened social mobilization, and diversified activity formats". Through storytelling and visual communication that resonate with young people, the film brings scientific prevention and treatment knowledge into schools, communities, and families, advocating for scientific understanding, eliminating discrimination, promoting early detection and intervention, and encouraging society-wide participation in AIDS prevention and treatment.
