On 14^th March 2022, the 66^th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW66) opened at the UN Headquarters in New York, in which the UN Secretary-General Guterres delivered a speech. The theme of the session was " Achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls in the context of climate change, environmental and disaster risk reduction policies and programmes". Beijing Changier Education Foundation applied to organize two parallel events to further enrich the topics and expand its impact. The first parallel event, "Economic Empowerment of Disadvantaged Women and Youth", was held online on 17^th March, in which more than 50 experts and scholars, NGO representatives and youth representatives from China and the United States attended online to share successful cases, make a voice for women's rights and interests, exchanged views on safeguarding women's economic rights and interests, promoting women's employment and improving women's education level and share wisdom and experience in achieving the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals..
