On the evening of May 25th, 2019, the fourth Chinese Youth AIDS Prevention and Control Education Symposium was held in Guiyuan School, Linzhou. 

Zhang Yinjun, deputy director of the CPC Central Committee for Women and Children, director of APEPCY Office and president of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, presided over the meeting. Managers of education and health departments all over the country, heads of APEPCY bases and workstations, principals of schools which host Changier Huts, teachers and experts in related fields attended the symposium.
