On September 8, 2025, Turkish Minister of
Health Kemal Memi?o?lu led a delegation on a visit to China, during which he
held formal meetings with Lei Haichao, Director of China's National Health
Commission. The two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on health sector
cooperation between China and Turkey.
That afternoon, the Turkish Embassy in China hosted a grand welcome banquet, and Zhang Yinjun, President of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend. Turkish Ambassador to China Sel?uk ünal personally presided over the event, bringing together the Turkish Ministry of Health delegation with Chinese guests and health experts. The atmosphere at the event was vibrant, with embassy staff providing a warm welcome as guests mingled freely and engaged in lively exchanges.

delivered a speech, emphasizing the extensive cooperation between China and
Turkey in the medical and health sectors and the mutual benefits and win-win
outcomes under the "Belt and Road" Initiative framework. The Chinese
representatives also expressed high recognition of Turkey's unique position on
the Eurasian continent and its important role in the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
Subsequently, several representatives from the Turkish Ministry of Health
delivered speeches, followed by a group photo of guests from both sides, and
then the dinner officially commenced.

During the exchange session, Zhang Yinjun, President of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, had a face-to-face conversation with Minister Memi?o?lu. The Minister highly commended the Beijing Changier Education Foundation's contributions to global philanthropy, accepted Changier's introductory materials on the spot, and instructed his secretary and the ambassador to maintain ongoing contact with Changier and actively support Changier's business expansion in Turkey. President Zhang Yinjun also took cordial photos with the Turkish Minister of Health and the ambassador, highlighting the positive atmosphere of friendly cooperation between the two sides.

Eastern and Western Cultures Converge
Turkey is located at the crossroads of the Eurasian continent, serving as a bridge for the fusion of Eastern and Western cultures, and is also an important partner in the "Belt and Road" Initiative. Beijing Changier Education Foundation regards Turkey as a key component of its international strategic layout and may explore establishing a "University of Human Maternal Love" and "Maternal Love Research Center" in Turkey in collaboration with local enterprises and institutions in the future. A prominent think tank is established in the areas of global maternal love education and social governance, with the aim of fostering family civilization and sustainable community development. International collaborative research projects are undertaken, and policy recommendations are provided, focusing on areas such as maternal love education, family development, and community governance.
