From November 1 to 2, 2025, the "My Family and Me Curriculum Design" special training organized by Beijing Changier Education Foundation was warmly launched at the APEPCY Weifang Mingde Academy workstation. 30 volunteer teachers from Changier Huts at the APEPCY Weifang Mingde Academy workstation, Qingzhou Mingde Academy workstation, Qilu Huaxia School, Boya Education No. 1234, and Xincheng Kindergarten No. 1276 gathered together for this professional development journey in the name of love.

01 Opening address sets the tone, conveying care for life

At the opening ceremony on the first day, Ms. Xu Liqin, head of the APEPCY Weifang Mingde Academy workstation, delivered a speech. She emphasized that this training is not only about enhancing teaching skills, but also a profound dialogue on caring for life. The heartfelt words struck a chord with all the teachers present, setting a warm, humanistic tone for the two-day training program.

02 Integrated three-way teaching: igniting the spark of wisdom

This training session specially invited Guo Shuzhu, Director of the Project Department at Beijing Changier Education Foundation, to serve as the main instructor, with Hao Guiying, Director of the Resource Development Department, providing full support as a teaching assistant throughout the teaching and interactive activities.

The training employs a three-pronged teaching approach that integrates "in-depth curriculum framework analysis + hands-on practice through group collaboration + lesson demonstrations with dynamic exchange of ideas". This model not only helps participating teachers develop a sound educational philosophy, but also creates an increasingly engaging learning environment through focused discussions on core topics, curriculum mapping, and targeted feedback on teaching objectives and pedagogical methods.

The participating teachers remained fully focused and engaged throughout, carefully considering every detail of the curriculum design. During group discussions, they freely shared their views and engaged in lively exchanges. In the lesson presentation sessions, they boldly shared their insights and inspired one another, seamlessly integrating their personal teaching experiences with professional theoretical knowledge to generate brilliant sparks of wisdom.

03 Graduating with rich rewards, embracing a mission of love

After two days of intensive training, participating teachers not only gained proficiency in modular curriculum design methods, but also deepened their understanding of adolescents' physical and mental health development needs. Among them, seven trainees stood out with their excellent performance and successfully obtained completion certificates issued by Beijing Changier Education Foundation.

At the end of the activity, the heartwarming song "We Are Family" played softly, and all trainees joined hands in a large circle to celebrate the successful completion of the training. The conclusion of this training marks a brand new beginning for Changier members in fulfilling their mission.
