On November 24th, in anticipation of the 36th World AIDS Day, the Sichuan Drug Rehabilitation Administration and the Beijing Normal University Law School jointly held an event titled "Join Hands to Combat AIDS in Drug Rehabilitation Centers" and the publication and release activity of the textbook "General Education on Drug Prohibition and AIDS Prevention for College Students" at the Ziyang Compulsory Drug Addiction Rehabilitation Center in Sichuan Province. Zhang Yinjun, chairwoman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, served as a member of the editorial board for this book and attended the event.

In her speech, Zhang introduced the work of Changier in drug control, AIDS prevention, and sex education in universities, middle schools and primary schools in Sichuan since 2009.

The foundation specially invited Gu Mingyuan, the leader of the APEPCY leadership group, a renowned educator, honorary chairman of the Chinese Society of Education, and professor at Beijing Normal University, to write a foreword for this book. In his remarks, he noted that "General Education on Drug Prohibition and AIDS Prevention for College Students" explores new methods and ideas for integrating drug control and AIDS prevention into social governance and basic education in the new era.
