At 23:59 on December 18, 2023, ishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province was jolted by a 6.2-magnitude earthquake. Zhang Yinjun, the Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation took the lead in making a donation and promptly issued a call for assistance to the entire Changier system nationwide. Teachers, parents, and volunteers from APEPCY's national bases and workstations, as well as individuals from all walks of life, have responded enthusiastically. On December 20, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated RMB 200,000 to the earthquake-stricken areas in Gansu Province.

Through the joint efforts of the New Social Stratum Association in Beijing, the 17th New Social Strata Service Group of the United Front Work Department of CPC Central Committee, and the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, a total of RMB 760,000 in donations was raised. The funds were fully utilized to purchase energy-saving heating stoves for the people affected by the disaster during the cold winter. The Beijing Changier Education Foundation set up a special "Emergency Relief" program and promptly contacted heating equipment manufacturers. On December 27, 2023, 2000 heating stoves  which worth RMB 760,000 were delivered to the Haidong City in three batches.
